"Hello Vermont! My name is Alicia Caputo and I am a senior studying at Rutland High School. This year I am studying Engineering at the Stafford Technical Center, and I couldn't be more honored to represent my school on the SkillsUSA Vermont Leadership Team! In the future, I aspire to further my studies in college to pursue Aerospace Engineering. I cannot wait to design and manufacture aircraft and spacecrafts one day!
This is my first year serving as a SkillsUSA State Leader, and I'm really looking forward to a year of successful conferences and events to celebrate our skills and our bright futures ahead!"

"Hi everyone! My name is Becca Davis and this is my third year involved in SkillsUSA. In 2018-2019 I competed in the Promotion Bulletin Board, I came home with a Silver Medal. In 2019-2020 I was a first year SkillsUSA Vermont State Officer, serving as Treasurer. I am currently in my Senior year at the Center for Technology, Essex enrolled in Dental Assisting. Beyond my status as a full-time student, I work three jobs and am a Certified Personal Care Attendant. I am excited to represent you all as President of the SkillsUSA VT Student Leadership Team year! I am so passionate about being a part of SkillsUSA and I am continually inspired by the missions and framework of the SkillsUSA Organization. I can’t wait to see what this year holds for SkillsUSA, and despite the challenges ahead, I hope you all stay safe and strong. Remember you are all amazing… and when you feel down, pick your head up and keep going. I promise you that you'll look back and see everything that you have achieved in life and you will be proud of yourself!”

"Hello! My name is Jean Coderre, and I'm honored to be serving as the Parliamentarian this year on the SkillsUSA Vermont SLC! This year, I am enlisted as a senior in the Welding Program at North Country Career Center. I bring my confidence to the SkillsUSA team and am so excited for the events we have planned for the year ahead, despite all of the challenges we are facing. In my role as a leader, I'm not afraid to voice my opinion and say what's on my mind when it matters most, so I hope to bring strength and confidence to the team this year."

“Hello Vermont! My name is Keagan Desjardins, and I am studying Digital Media Arts at the Central Vermont Career Center. I've also completed studies in Culinary Arts and have represented my school as a Student Leader for several semesters now. I have recently taken up photography and have been furthering my passions this year by designing and creating digital media. This year, I'm looking forward to being a part of SkillsUSA as leadership is a central part of my desire to excel. I'm excited to find new ways to deal with the challenges of this year and look forward to competing in Photography in the Spring! Despite not being able to meet face-to-face this year, our team has been working around the clock to bring Vermont quality conferences and professional opportunities this year. A big thank you to the Leadership Team and Supporters who made our Fall Conference a success this year!
